Tom always lived the ranching lifestyle. From Park City Utah, Elko, Nevade, Snowville, Utah and Malad, Idaho. It didn't matter where, ranching was a labor of love. This love and deep roots are what pushed him to specialize in rural property. He not only sold ranch property, but he lived it every day of his life with Linda and his children by his side.
Thomas E. and Linda A. Flinders opened Flinders Realty & Exchange in 1981 in Park City, Utah. Tom sold Working Ranches, Large Farms, Homes and Condos. Because of his love for ranching, Tom specialized in selling rural properties. Tom was known in many states such as Utah, Nevada and Wyoming for his knowledge of ranches, water rights, irrigation and property rights.Tom and Linda were always traveling to the next ranch to present. He taught his kids to love the land and how to use it.
Tom and Linda had many great agents that worked with them. Tom took on the responsibility to train many new agents that wanted to work for them. He was always willing to show them the ropes and work with them to help better themselves in all they did. They always enjoyed teaching agents about their love for real estate.
I. n 1997 Tom and Linda moved their family to Malad, Idaho. His love for real estate continued as he opened up an office in Malad. Over the years Tom and Linda made lasting friendships with the people they met. They always introduced you as their good friend. This is who they were.
Tom and Linda owned and operated Flinders Ranching Company, located in Park City, Utah , Snowville Utah, and Samaria Idaho. Tom and Linda had a partnership in all that they did. Their partnership of marriage was forever.
